“My Time” , a timeless masterpiece composed and delivered by new star GoodR3i, tells a story about her current events of life preparing for her future and current career /love life. Despite the area she grew up in, she has this undying dedication to achieving her wildest dreams letting nothing stand in her way.

On the other hand the deeper meaning to GoodR3i’s upbeat track she taps into past lingering feelings, from a time in her life when she was face to face battling a mental war that raged with each passing moon phase. fought with persistent thoughts of hopes for the future, she kept on following her dreams. As a result she formed a thick skin against negative thoughts and encounters that would bring her back to a place of murkiness.

GoodR3I- “Developing more of an understanding with the phrase 2 sides of a Coin my mother used to tell me you sometimes have to take the bad with the good. I have many situations where this has applied but in ‘my time’ I was referring to my emotional state around the time I had wrote the song; even though I’m not where I want to be yet I’m in a better place than I was before in terms of enlightenment and wisdom, this taught me that gratitude for the simplest things can improve a scenario of self sabotage immensely because it prevents you from being ungrateful and being too harsh on yourself. I feel like once you have realised that, you appreciate your journey more and at the end of the day it’s part of the great story you tell. What’s a story without a breaking point?

as an Artist, being innovative is essential however without any sense of direction you end up at a dead end. When I first started making music it was purely for fun and releasing my emotions in situations that I was dealing with at the time however as a result of this I expanded my outlook on my interest in music and came up with 'show your story' the epitome of me as an artist. I believe that life is like a movie. We direct our own series and determine whether the storyline is a comedy, thriller or drama. I found an authentic way to showcase my story through music and other outlets that all interlink in together. In the future I will release my own animated tv show series ‘SouthSide Holmes’, an anime style show based in south London, with each episode a single will be released to foreshadow the upcoming event in the show.

Formally introduced as Rhianne Phang-forest better known by my stage name GoodR3i, a South London singer, rapper songwriter, dancer, YouTuber, screen writer and entrepreneur. a new rising star out of the Uk, directing my music career through current and previous life events with elements of different genres that showcases each phase of my life.

Releasing my second single ‘My Time’ on the 25.03.2022 as the following track

to Fright Night in hopes of foreshadowing an exciting adventure for my career in music while giving the public a glimpse of what I have in store. As you press play you make an acquaintance with a serenade of brass and Up-tempo beats inspired by RnB, and Hip Hop infused Ambience. I specifically chose this song to start with, as the area I’m from (Brixton) originally was known for genres like drill and reggae, as a result it created a reputation for stereotypes that I want to alter. The aim of this song was a stepping stone to keep my audience in a uplifting spirit as the movie I want to direct is a thrilling and adventurous journey .Storytelling is what I will be using to my advantage especially in the future I have plans to release a short movie after each album I release for my audience to have a front row seat at my show.
